The best quality and brand
I will always buy this brand. It’s not made in Isreal which is a huge plus if you are in support of Palestine.

Pea sized pearl pasta.
This isn’t the same as couscous. These little balls of pasta are about the size of a pea once they’ve been cooked. They aren’t something that I’ve ever seen in a grocery store or supermarket. I’m happy to have found them as I like to have something different than your basic pasta shells or elbow macaroni. I’ve reordered a couple times now and will again when I run low. I use them (instead of pasta rings) in a common upper midwest salad called “spring salad” and in soups and stews. My kids think that they’re “fun”. I like the taste and the texture.

It’s the biggest
I really did not like couscous as a child. My mom’s couscous was like sand.Later in life I discovered Israeli couscous.I really like that but recently discovered Lebanese couscous. It’s the biggest!

It never cooks!
This couscous is very disappointing. I simmered it for 40 minutes, and it was still hard and chewy. I would never buy this brand of couscous again.

Tasty but...
The couscous itself is nice, needs to be cooked a bit longer than you think. However, the plastic packaging arrived open inside the box and couscous was everywhere! Quite the mess to clean up.

Excellent
Excellent Moghrabieh brand. I find this brand back home also, very happy that Amazon holds this!

Good brand!
This is the best tasting brand for dry moghrabieh. Highly recommend it!

Doesn't quite taste right
Bought these for the value for the price, and I won't be purchasing again. This couscous has a weird tangy taste to it that reminds me of spoiled yogurt and no matter what i cook them in I can't get rid of that flavor. Disappointed as I quite like the texture of these large pearls.
