When asked for the reaosn, I was todl that th ecompany has upgraded its model las t year, the company should have th ebasic courtesy to declare that thsi wont fit in the older ones

WRONG product!
NOT the item I ordered and certainly NOT the one depicted in the picture, although the Sku 255-48 code is correct. The 2 replacement heads I received are destined for the NEW Mangroomer model and not the old one I have for over three years now. It seems I am stuck with 2 replacement heads I CANNOT USE. I opened one of the them in a desperate attempt to see if it fits to my device but, alas, that was not the case. Any suggestions from "uktwist" to my predicament?
