Works great, the fact that it is sewn into horizontal rows stops the contents from all dropping to the bottom, but best of all it provides relief from back pain.

Not yet been used and therefore cannot comment, but I bought one by this company last year which is excellent, so I don't believe there will be any issues.

I was having so much back and neck pain at the time that I actually bought TWO microwave heating pads -- this one, and one that was specifically designed for a sore neck. It was the inspiration of desperation. You know what? I should have just bought this one because it does everything. It's shaped so that you can use it for your back, your neck, your shoulder, your knee -- anything. And its velcro strap holds it in place. And the weight of it makes it sink into all the aching crevices your regular electric heating pad can't reach. I read reviews that say the heat doesn't last last long, and that's both true and not true: the microwave heat dissipates, but it holds in the heat of your body, so that it's actually warm enough to do the job as long as you want. Your body will always generate heat and this heating pad will always hold it in. I love it; I've been recommending it to all my friends. I recommend it to you!

A versatile heat pack especially with the extender strap. It is soft and very comfortable. Very helpful to relieve low back pain and muscle tension. I heated it for just under 2 minutes and it was just right for me. Ideal for warming up the body instead of putting on a heater!

Price is good for the product. Very comfortable and easy to use. Retains heat and would recommend it.

My back is often sore in the morning and nothing makes me feel better than to heat this up and wrap around my waist. it fits securely with the wide velcro straps and I can walk around without it feeling like it will fall off. It holds heat well and is wonderful value for money.

We bought it for great grandma because she is always complaining that she is cold. It is easy to use and she likes it.
