Full disclaimer, I don't have any of the medical conditions this cushion is designed for, I actually got it because it advertises that it helps with posture correction and I've recently been having a bit of jip with my knee due to sitting angles.So I thought that I'd look at getting something that could put my knee angle correct by raising me up and arching my backThis seemed to fit the bill perfectly! It arrived and it's bigger than I expected but works well, it's very comfortable and I've sat on it for long periods of time without any discomfort, in fact I have noticed a recent improvement a little with me knee though it's still early days to tellThe underside has a very effective series of rubber dots for non-slip which worked decently!One thing I wasn't a fan of was the brand name on the handle, but I unstitched that and now it's suitable for taking to work 😁Overall for the price, very effective and comfortable!

I was very disappointed with this cushion. While it appeared to be of decent quality at first glance and came vacuum-packed, it took far too long to regain its shape. Once it did, the real problems began. The cushion itself is far too thin to provide any real relief or support—it simply doesn’t do the job it claims to.The cover material is extremely poor quality, feeling rough and cheap against the skin. The cushion is uncomfortable, flattens quickly, and offers no pressure relief whatsoever. Frankly, it’s a waste of money.I also feel completely misled by the product photos and description. They make it look far more substantial and supportive than it actually is. In reality, it’s flimsy, uncomfortable, and not fit for people who genuinely need relief from pain or discomfort.Save your money and avoid this product. There are better options out there—this one just isn’t worth it.
