Premium 100% Korean Fish Sauce for Kimchi Korea Seasoning Deep Flavor Seasoning Sauce (Anchovy Sauce)

Is the best fish sauce I ever have. And it’s s delicious .I buy some fish sauce and it’s starting having white salt .

This was really expensive for fish sauce.The packaging is gorgeous, like receiving a fine bottle of wine in a gift box.But...I hate how it smells. If you've ever smelled a rotting animal carcass in your yard: it's kind of like that.It tastes good, but I can't get past the odor which ruined the dishes we made with it.My husband noticed the strong odor but he didn't mind it as much as I did.We used it in a few dishes and I ended up throwing it away. Very carefully. So the bottle didn't break and funk up our trash bin.We're back to using Three Crabs.

This fish sauce may be great for umami, but once opened the smell of rotting corpses will fill whatever area it is stored in. I moved it from the pantry to the garage to the trash as it made my whole house smell. The lid to the bottle doesn’t really screw on, so there is not a tight seal.

I think I must have gotten a bad bottle, because it was really bad. Was a bit cloudy, and had a strange putrid smell and taste (like rotting rubber). After a couple days in the fridge, the smell and rot taste got even worse, so I dumped it out. I absolutely love good 1st press no sugar added fish sauce. With all the other positive reviews here, I assume I simply got a bad one-off bottle. But I won’t risk buying it again. Back to my Som, Red Boat 50N (available only on their website), and my Suchi Premium (if they ever sell that here on Amazon again).
