Super tasty. Mixes great with yogurt.

I think it's a great item, pure powdered fruit. No added sugar, so it's tart, but you can add your own sugar or stevia or whatever you like. I appreciate that they don't do it for you. Product is a bit pricey, wish the cost could come down.

Like other black currant products, I expected this to be like black currant tea or actual berries in flavor. But the flavor is actually very muted, not very pungent. Unfortunately, adding this to my green tea, the flavor almost disappears entirely unless I use a large amount. Maybe drying black currant robs it of most of its flavor some how. It did work fairly well, however, in cake icing.
