As with so many 'herbal' remedies / food supplements there is little official information as to the effectiveness of l-glutathione and you need to rely on the opinions of people who have taken the supplement.I tried these capsules because of an article I had read that keeping the Glutathione levels high may help with respiratory problems and cell regeneration in older people. I have now been taking them for over a week and have not detected any discernable change in any of the 'symptoms' that these capsules profess to address.Based on the above and the price of the capsules I would not recommend them here, if you want to take this supplement it should be noted that they can be obtained elsewhere for a much more reasonable price.
