Great product. Saffron helps me be in a better mood. I always try to research what brands have the best ratings before buying. This one was highly rated by Consumer Labs.

I got this to try for depression, and although I don't notice much of a difference in my mood, my migraine frequency plummeted! I usually get about 10-15 a month, but in the month I've been taking this saffron extract I only got 4!

I have ADHD plus a bad case of Insomnia, and nothing seems to work for me, as prescription drugs only give me allergic reactions. I therefore tried this product, since other sleep supplements did not work for me, but this one did not work either. It may help some people, but did not help me.

So I have researched saffron and it’s wide range of effects. And read the studies on this particularly formulated saffron ingredient, Affron, which was the formIn which the studies were done regarding its use for depression and anxiety. Other reported effects include help for sleeplessness and overall antioxidant benefit as well as being helpful for eye health. I received my order midday so I took it around 4 in the evening. That evening I didn’t sleep well, but had a profound dream. I haven’t remembered a dream in years.Day two I took it in the morning. It has been noted that it also may have some appetite suppression. I noticed this right off the bat. I did take it on an empty stomach with my other usual supplements and continued my morning routine, but noticed I didn’t have an appetite nor any real desire for anything. I went about my day and found my focus to be very good and my mind to be fairly still. I had been taking another saffron product twice a day without any real result prior. Last night I slept very well and even felt a little groggy. Fell back asleep. I’m hoping for ultimate uplift in mood and better sleep quality and if I get a little appetite suppression that would be a bonus. I’ll have to see what tomorrow brings. I will update this in a month to see if my spirits are raised and interest and motivation and initiative return. So far I’m pleased. I was unable to find any other brands or combo products that included affron. It appears to only have been released in February of 2021. The no off putting side effects part snd it’s multifunctional benefits give me hope that it’s the one.

I love this saffron extract. I cannot live without it. It keeps me calm & kind :)
