I have taken this off and on for years. This is a good product

I take these apart and mix with liquid and it tastes pretty good. I might consider getting tea as I like the flavor.As for how it works with Candida/SIFO I've been seeing some yeast in my stool past couple of days so something in my protocol is working, but I added Biocidin drops after this and suspect those are having the most positive benefits. Still recommend as part of a SIFO protocol.

My first go-round with Nature's Way Pau D' Arco inner bark. My history with this herb goes back to the mid-90s. We have received instructions to consult with a physician before using this product on just about every product these days, do with that as you will. When it comes to natural products I am biased, I think both natural as well as medicine can coexist. It seems to be a default that segues us to the more research being done narrative, I'll accept that so when does that additional research begin huh hmm. I have never used the brand Nature's Way for this particular product tho I find it just as comparable as its competition. Product quality, quantity, and price are legitamte and are hard to ignore.
