This product is one of very few Gymnema products that actually have no fillers. It's high potency milligram-wise, PLUS the fact that it has one of the highest percentages, 75% of Gymnemic Acid, and is standardized. What this means to you, is that you'll have more control over the fluctuations in your blood sugar, as well as curbing some of the simple carb/sugar cravings as well. You must adhere to a good diet to begin with, one low in simple carbohydrates and sugars, high in protein and fiber, adding complex carbohydrates and good fats, plus include protein snacks in between. Remember that drinks containing alcohol are basically sugar. You cannot solely rely on any supplement OR medication to take the place of your own responsibility. If you're going to eat a dozen donuts and chase them down with a 6 pack of Pepsi all day, this supplement alone isn't going to help you much. There are other supplements to help balance blood sugars, to add to this one. Do your research. I have been taking this for a month, and have found this product definitely helps to curb sugar cravings.

I started using a different brand of this herb to help with my blood sugar, which is higher than I would like. When I ran out I checked out what was offered on Amazon and liked that this was standardized and it had some positive reviews as well as being not too pricy. I haven’t had my blood sugar lab done since I started but noticed that my cravings for sugar had decreased noticeably right after I started taking this, which is not only helpful but incredibly gratifying!

I like a different brand they stop making. But this works ok. I like it is standardized. It matters. .

This is a very good product that helps to lower my blood sugar level. Along with vanadyl sulfate I am able to maintain a normal glucose level. Thanks to BestVite for this product.

This is great to help curb your sugar cravings! I didn't think anything would really help, however I was pleasantly surprised to have such large drop in my "need" for sugar. :-)

The product states that it will help you to lose weight. Guess what? It only helps your wallet to lose weight. It is a total scam. I used it for 4 months and my weight stayed the same.

I ordered these because this was recommended by dr. Berg to help with sugar cravings...but sometimes when they have a sugar craving I don't take it and I reach for the Sugar instead but when I do take it I don't want the sugar..so for now on I'm going to take these right after I have supper so I don't crave sweets into the evening

First time puchasing it. Hope it works compared to my older swanton brand. I hope this is a better version of that as it costs double.
