No, I returned mine, it was junk

Q: The description says hand scraped but the picture looks a ground finish, which is correct?

My level appears ground on the V-way (outside). However, I suppose the bubble tube could have a hand scraped mounting base. I don't want to disassemble mine to see. I will add that there are four areas along the flats of the base that look slightly scraped. So, it is possible these were final touches.
