Q: Is it color safe? I dyed my hair recently and don’t want the color to fade rapidly

It works for me, and I color my hair.

Q: Can it make my hair texture darker? I have course black tryna get it darker and shiner

My hair is light brown and it didn't change the color of mine, so I doubt it would darken yours.

Q: I have 3 b c, in the curly scale I also has high porosity hair, would that work for me?

If you have high porosity hair you would benefit more from their castor oil shampoo (same brand) you hair would actually absorb the oils.

Q: Has anyone with hard water found that this shampoo helps get rid of hard water buildup?

It doesn’t get rid of any build it actually makes the build up much worse to be honest
