Much better than I expected. The belt material, whether leather or a synthetic material, appears durable and thick. The belt buckle appears to be very well made. With a push of a small lever, it releases its grip. To tighten you simply push the belt further into the buckle. Both operations are very simple, fast and finely adjustable. I like how I can easily tighten and loosen it and by small increments. The black horizontal band on the inside of the belt is a series of small teeth that engages with the backside of the buckle. I ordered several more in different colors.

Best belt I've ever used, the way it slides on the track to adjust keeps your pants up way better than the traditional belt style with holes. Works almost too good I put it on too tight the first time and couldn't figure out how to get it off lmao there is a lever under the buckle haha. I'm a size 38 and it works for me it looks like it's too small but once you install the belt in the buckle to secure you see that gives you a little extra room being it only goes in half the buckle.

I wasn’t sure if this belt was for me but it was a birthday gift so I tried it. It took a few time to get use to where the release was when I needed the belt to quickly open(rushing to the bathroom) but the release is easy to open. Love these belts. Wish I would have bought one long ago. Buckle is metal, well built and attractive. Leather appears to be good quality. The great thing about this belt is you can make smaller adjustments than a normal belt. The teeth used in the ratcheting process are made of a hard vinyl and look like they will withstand a great deal of use. Back of belt has indicators where you can shorten belt by cutting the belt. The back of belt has a convenient latch to release the leather belt if you do wish to shorten. I purchased a 38-42 size belt and it was perfect for my size 40 waist. I suggest you try this type of belt for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
