Fiberglass Double-Open Doors, Dark Mahogany Finish, Quick Install, Heavy-Duty Entry Doors (Right-Hand, Double, 36"X36"X80")

First thing we noticed was how very well it was packaged. It was in a wooden crate and then encased in a steel grate. The quality of this fiberglass door is superior. The look is outstanding. The price is beyond worth it. We looked for a couple of months almost daily everything was overly priced, and to boot needed 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered. When I found this on Amazon and in stock I ordered it immediately as it was exactly what we were looking for. I am beyond happy we did. It is in place and looks wonderful open and closes very smoothly. All we had to add was the door handle and deadlock. I highly recommend this door if you are looking for an elegant entry door.

APRIL 24, 2023 UPDATE AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS: This door is heavy, and has 3 hinges. Unfortunately this is not adequate to support the door. The upper hinge is starting to give way and the screws are starting to come loose, causing the door to sag enough to cause interference on the upper part of the door with the door jamb. So, it does not close on its own any more, but requires it to be pulled shut (from outside, when leaving home). It is only a matter of time that the door handle on this starts to come loose due to this extra stress on it. I am at my wits end because to replace the door will be $5000-10,000! Will be reaching out to Amazon to see what they say.Recommendation: do NOT buy this door if you are planning on using it for more than a couple years!MAY 7, 2022 UPDATE AFTER A FULL CYCLE OF SEASONS: This door appears to have warped, enough to make opening and closing it now (after a full summer, fall, winter and now spring), difficult since it tends to stick in the area where the lock is. So it does not close with that 'thuck' anymore and has to be pushed (or pulled to open, WD-40 has helped). Because of this even the door handle is starting to suffer (shifts in your hand). So far the functionality has not suffered but if you were using automatic locks, it is likely to become an issue. Plus, the price on this product has gone up by a third (about 33%) from what I paid less than a year ago! Have taken off 1-star due to these issues. From a weathering stand-point, this seems to be holding up OK but I see some signs of weather wear-n-tear. Will update this review in about a year if the door starts to deteriorate further. END OF UPDATE.After 30 years, I was putting new siding and the GC suggested a door with side-lights (I had a single 36" white metal door from 1991). With great trepidation, I ordered this door, with 2 x 11" side-lights, in dark mahogany and a standard design. For accent, I had lighter color stone added all around--and golly, does it stand out! This door gives my rather modest house a grand aesthetic look to the entry way!The plusses:1. the door came fast--all the way from LA2. the people at the other end were easy to reach and John (I think he is the owner) was really helpful3. the packaging was built to withstand a nuclear explosion--so, yes, there was not a ding or dent on the door (not that fiberglass would ding/dent!)4. the door has a solid feel to it, and closes with a 'thuck', yet easily swings on it metal hingesThe minuses:1. I can't think of any, but a minor nit-pick is that where the dead-bolt goes into the frame when locked has rounded edges, and it is not possible to find a metal piece for that. This is not a big deal and I use the dead bolt without the metal plate. So, have not taken off any stars.Would recommend this door any day (just do not put a storm door on top and spoil the look!).

We needed a new front door in a hurry and found this on Amazon which promised 10 day delivery from California. When I received an email from HB_Hardware, the manufacturer, regarding the order I phoned them and asked if they could possibly deliver the door sooner. They went out of their way to locate the door I wanted and put it on their truck immediately. The door arrived in 5 days! I don't have the words to thank and praise the people at HB_Hardware. Not only was their service outstanding but the door is absolutely beautiful!

Love these doors, purchased by our church. Easy install, great quality. Just BEAUTIFUL!!! Bought beauty to God's house!!!
