I don't usually do product reviews I was very low on iron this stuff has put the iron back in my body that was missing, I used to feel fatigue all the time and struggle with getting out of bed Iam now feeling a lot more energized it did take a few weeks to kick in, but it's very effective when it does start working.

this is an excellent product. I remember my grandmother used to get this to us when we were younger and had low iron. I have not done lab since taking this yet. But I have noticed a difference in my energy levels and also I’m not cold all the time. I don’t know if this is working or not but I’m hoping that it is does not cause the constipation which I was happy about I do recommend this product. It does have alcohol in it, but not something that’ll make you feel drunk. The taste is a little nasty, but it’s worth it than taking actual iron pills. Once I get my lab results, I will be able to make a fair assessment of the product.

The above products is good and contains lots of vitamins, and works fast to regain enough energy.

This is a good product to have on hand. The taste is not all that however it is iron. Yes it does help with sleep and the effectiveness is usual with a week if used daily. this is better than the pill size. 10 outta 10
