No more guessing
Well, it looks like a 1/4'-20 bolt. Or is it metric? I have lots of mixed nuts and bolts in my workshop and need a certain size. But now I have my own hardware store in my Garage!I even take rainy days and sort threads by size and separate them for easier access. I'm getting so organized.

You need this.
How many times have you taken a ton of time to find and fit the proper bolt to nut. Or taken multiple trips to the hardware store to match what you need. The value, thread quality and durability of this item will keep your hair from greying early. It's too late for me...but rest assured, if you buy this you will save valuable time.

Decent tool
It's doing the job. I cut a star off because I'm noticing some rust already and the included cable is much longer than necessary to hold all of the bolts and beads, but it seems accurate so far. I've used it four or five times.

Very useful.
This might be one of the most useful tools I have in my garage.

Very helpful
Takes the guesswork out of trying to figure out what size a bolt/nut is. Has saved me countless hours trying to match up missing bolts/nuts.

Great gauge - wish I had this years ago
Tired of going to the tool store with a couple of screws and not being able to match them up because the template the store has to determine screw/bolt/nut size is all worn out? I should have bought this years ago. If you do ANY home repairs, you have to get this. found out a screw I couldn't get the size for is really an M5. This screw fit into at least 3 different holes in the store template. Also, this is metal, not plastic and will last a very long time. If you try to use the wrong gauge, you will know it. For noobs, the screw/bolt/nut should work in the template with ease - DO NOT use any tool to "make it fit".
