Excellent crunchy high-protein snack
These are really, really good. I think they are perfectly salted--enough to set off the mild flavor, not enough to taste salty. I was looking for an alternative to the Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame I found at Grocery Outlet for the amazing price of $.50 per 45 gm package. That was my first experience with soy nuts and I liked them for the protein vs. calorie ratio as a good driving snack. But I had run through my inexpensive supply. Sincerely Nuts is a considerably better deal than Seapoint Farms and I was sensitive to the unhappiness people expressed about Seapoint getting their soybeans from China. (I can't tell where my bag of Sincerely Nuts Soybeans came from.) These soy nuts differ from Seapoint Farms' Edamame in two major ways: first, they are about half the size and much tenderer--I don't mean soft, just less tooth resistant--and second, they are roasted in peanut oil as opposed to being dry roasted. It didn't occur to me to check before I ordered; I suppose the description would have said "dry roasted" if that had been the case. Perhaps the peanut oil is responsible for the delicate texture; however, it adds about 2 calories per gram, according to my calculations, and I wish that were not the case--hence the 4 stars instead of 5. If Sincerely Nuts Soybeans reads this review--or if anyone else here knows--could you tell me whether you make a dry-roasted version?

The quality is good, as usual, but the price is too high
I've been eating Sincerely Nuts Roasted Soybeans for a few years now. I do enjoy the flavor, texture, etc. But the price has increased quite a bit in that time. I'm now limiting my consumption for that reason. Also, package handling has become rougher, so there are a lot of smashed soy nuts when it arrives. (soy dust lol)

Fresh and very snackable!
These came to us fresh with a best by date that was out two years! It wasn't past it's date! Unheard of!!!Anyway, these are very tasty and toasted perfectly with just the right amount of salt. I vacuum packed them into my own snack packs to take with us on camping and hiking trips. It's tasty and very satisfying.

Buyer Beware - Poor taste, don't taste fresh, and not returnable
I've been eating soynuts for 50 years, now all of a sudden it seems that they have become impossible to find in stores. So I was glad to find them here. Or so I thought with this Sincerely Nuts brand. This 2 lb. bag branded by Sincerely Nuts is marked with an expiration date of 8/16/22, but they are NOT fresh. They are nearly tasteless, but have an "old" taste. They don't have hardly any salt on them, either. The moisture content of the nuts is too high like they've been sitting around a long time and absorbed moisture. Also these soynuts are dark brown as if they have been over-roasted. Despite that, I had to put the nuts in a warm oven at about 250 for 15 or 20 minutes to dry them back to where they should be. I also added some extra salt.Buyer beware - they are not returnable or refundable. Unfortunately right now this brand seems to be one of the few options to find roasted salted soynuts. I wasted money on this company's garbage and will never order anything from Sincerely Nuts again based on this purchase. Shame on this company for selling their mistakes.

Delicious & Healthy
Chocked full of protein and a great alternative to peanuts - not that peanuts are bad, dry roasted soybeans taste much better.
