Perfect fit and installed beautifully
HP really gaffed when they designed my laptop with these beefy hinges that were attached to flimsy plastic. The plastic could not hack it, and crumbled, so I needed to replace the plastic (upper base cover). But, this piece was a perfect fit for the original. I tried to replace the piece with another part that did not have the keyboard and touchpad pre-installed. What a mistake!!!

Works perfect
A little tedious to install but if your even remotely tech savvy and have the tools, it's fairly easy. Took about 15 minutes.

Perfect Replacement Match
I needed some minor exterior repairs to my HP laptop. I had some minor cracks that prevented me from closing my laptop altogether. Some cracks around the screen and one on this part. This item matched and worked perfectly (using it as I type).

Works
Didn't sit quite right on my bracket, but I have taken it apart several times so that likely isnt the fault of the keyboard. Easy install, keeps my old laptop running

Pretty sure this has malware built into it. This is a direct fit for the 15-bs060wm HP laptop
*Edit*Ever since this keyboard was installed, it got slow. Slow to the point it can't be used. Even after a reset (factory Restore) back to a new computer state, it is so slow, it can't be used. After research, this is a sign of MALWARE that can built into the keyboard. Ruined my PC and only questionable Chinese Keyboards offered so the PC is done because of this keyboard.I would recommend in staying away from this keyboard and do not have any banking/financial or private data on the pc, if you choose to try it. *Edit*While this is a direct fit in every way, it's not an identical replacement. The original keyboard panel had a smooth black swirl finish while this is a rough black cross hatch pattern. There was one very small plastic glob near a button that easily broke off and is smooth now not causing a problem. The left touch pad button was initially sticking, the more I used it, it seemed to stop sticking. As of right now, I'm pleased with this keyboard panel but I'm cautious. The original keyboard panel wasn't perfect either so I'm not going to hold these things against it. After all, the original keyboard panel is being replaced because the touch pad plastic spring arms broke on the left button.I will say that replacing this keyboard panel was a lot more tedious than I thought! I work on computers and it took 3 hours to replace this cautiously, without breaking any plastic tabs or losing any extra small screws. If I worked on these laptops everyday, I may have been able to shave 1 hour off of my time. This is not a fault of the keyboard panel but the original HP DESIGN.For Do It Yourselfers, this is a good project to tackle but if I were repairing devices as a side job or even a normal job, it's better to just buy a new laptop. For $50 for panel, and a $100/hour labor fee, you are at $350 plus taxes! That is what the laptop cost brand new, $350. For personal repair, it's worth it, for professional repair, it is not IMO.*EDIT* After using it a while I have found that it has a lower quality keyboard. It's not sturdy and pressing one key as the "2" key will move all surrounding keys. The keys also make a loud click/clank sound instead of the quiet keys of the original.I also think the panel is thinner plastic than the original so it flexes more. What I did find is that the CAPs button has a light that I never knew. Checked the original keyboard CAP button and it did as well but never worked. So there's a positive for the Chinese replacement board.I'm still not liking how loose the keys are by one key's operation moving the others. I think this is the reason they're loud as they aren't a tight fit and move within the enclosure when being pushed. Makes me concerned about it's longevity but I'll keep trying it.BTW, no original part is available as HP apparently stops making parts 2 years after they stop manufacturing the Laptop. So this replacement Keyboard panel and some other Chinese keyboards, are it.
