I lost 1.5 inches in less than a month
I have a 26.5 inch waist and bought a XXS which is listed for a 23 inch waist. I'm not new to waist training so I knew I can squeeze in (the first one I bought was a different brand which was bad and way too stretchy. This is my second trainer). When it arrived I measured it edge to edge and it was truly 23 inches long so I got concerned a little- but it stretches a bit. I always wear it over a thin tank top so it doesn't collect dead skin and sweat. Waist trainer on, I measured 25 inches at 3rd hook (loosest). It was so uncomfortable at first, my right leg would always go numb so I took it off, waited a bit and wore it again. It took me two weeks to break it in. Now I am almost 1 month in- wearing it at least 8 hours a day and my waist measures a little less than 25 inches naturally (without trainer on) and I've lost a lot of lower belly fat. I am up to the middle hook which put me at 24.5 inch waist. And when I force it onto the tightest hook I measure a little less than 24 inches.Only one month in and have such amazing results! I am waiting until my waist measures 24.5 inches naturally before sizing down to a XXXS. It also keeps you from over eating. I am naturally petite and LOOK like I have a flat stomach under clothes because I suck it in but always had a lower belly pudge but now it's almost gone (a little is there when I sit but when I stand up, I have a completely flat stomach barely sucking it in).I'm in my 20s and got this waist trainer for a nice hour glass bikini body but one of the best thing was that it helped my lower back pain. After a long day of sitting at my laptop, when I go lay down to sleep I used to have lower back pain on my left hip and was never sure why. I would have to slowly stretch it out until the pain went away. But now after a full day of wearing the trainer, I take it off and get into bed no problem. It literally felt like a miracle for me. Maybe it's because the trainer forces you to have good posture or something but I honestly don't know. That's just my experience.Only downside is that the 7 inch height was actually 6 inches for me but I don't mind it most of the time. Only bad thing is that when I sit, the pelvic fat bulges out if I hunch a little but sitting straight up makes it go away. I'm going to buy a 9 inch when I size down.I'd say try it out for one month if you're not sure if you want it. The key is consistency. I wore it EVERY SINGLE DAY for 8 hours and have already shaved off 1.5 inches of belly fat. Apparently you shouldn't sleep in a waist trainer but I have fallen asleep in it many times and slept the whole night fine. BUT I don't recommend sleeping in it. It was fine for me because I don't have any underlying problems (like asthma or allergies). Sleeping in it is also uncomfortable as a side sleeper but I literally sleep like a log so I don't feel it. There was only 2 out of the many times- I wore it sleeping- that I woke up and took it off only to sleep like a log again.2 month update:I now have a natural 24.5 inch waist and I wear it on the tightest hook (8 hours a day). I have plateaued so this means it is harder to lose inches since I only have a little fat left. With it on, I measure a little less than 24 and when I take it off I measure 24 inches and my waist slowly goes to 24.5 inches. I measured the length of the trainer edge to edge and it is now 23.75 inches almost 24. It has stretched a tiny bit (this is supposed to happen over time) I’m going to wear this maybe a week or two more and then the size down. Very happy with my results so far!!!Hope my review helps :)

Very nice waist trainer
This waist trainer was exactly what I needed. I had a tummy tuck and was looking for something to replace the mandatory compression garment I’d worn for 6 weeks. I’m 5 feet tall with no torso, so most garments push my boobs up to my eyeballs . This is perfect for a short torso and is adjustable with an insert. It also washed well in the machine and air dried quickly. It was very comfortable.

Love it but sizing is extremely small!
Very well made and perfect for short torso. It runs extremely small. I'm normally size small in pants or 28 waist in jeans. I've returned the small medium and large and I'm ordering an xl to try and hook it without the extra panel. On the large with the extra panel I could just barely hook it on the first row. It was tight but comfortable. I have never used one before and am starting off a little thick around the middle, not overweight just short waisted. Hoping for good results once I find the right size.

Its Tiny In Size Large Doesn't Stretch Much
I am a small size normally, sometimes medium. Got this waist clincher in large, cause the sizing runs small. I can't even get it close to zipping up. It doesnt stretch much either. Also, not as wide as shown in picture. More like a belt, not a shaping garment. I doubt even extra large would fit me. Retuning.

This sellers sells 10 different styles/models and they are not all the same
Okay, this may be a little longer review but if you are considering this corset, it may be of some benefit for you to hang in there with me :)I have read a lot of different reviews and some people claim theirs came with the expandable hooks and loops, while others say that they did not receive the expandable extension. Some reviewers said that their corset "stretched" while others stated that their corset had absolutely no give at all. Some stated that theirs was too stretchy, while others stated that theirs were too restrictive that they couldn't get in on, zero stretch at all.Okay, here is why there is so many different reviews that seem to contradict each other.IT IS IMPORTANT TO TAKE NOTE THAT THIS SELLERS IS SELLING A LOT OF DIFFERENT VARIATIONS OF THESE CORSETS ( about 10 different styles) . AND WHEN WE PURCHASE ANY STYLE OR MODEL FROM THIS SELLER, ALL OUR REVIEWS ARE GROUPED TOGETHER. MEANING THAT, WHEN WE LEAVE A REVIEW FOR MODEL 7'' Torso, 25 Steel Bones (which is the one I purchased) and someone else purchases a 7'' Torso, Breathable, 9 Bones, there will be differences like "breathable" and the 25 bones is way more restrictive and has no stretch, compared to the breathable 9 bones. But this is where it gets more confusing, in the description of the 25 bones, BOTH STYLES are advertised as "Short Torso Waist Trainers Cincher Corset Tummy Shaper Slimming Latex Trimmer Girdle" BUT you have to zoom in on the pictures and do a little more reading and digging to discover one is a "breathable" version, while the other is not.So that is why there are so many contradicting reviews. It would be more helpful for the reviewers to point out WHICH version they purchased so you know exactly which model to select, so you get the results you want and not have to return them and start again. I purchased 2, returned 1, both 25 bones, one "breathable" and one not. Also, I read in the description of one of them that you "lose 3 inches" instantly by wearing the girdle. You don't "lose" 3 inches, maybe that particular version of girdle gives the illusion of losing 3 inches by clinching your waist and making you look "snatched" lol but that was not the case for me.Actually, it added half an inch due to the bulk of the 25 bonesBut maybe that has more to do with the fact I had 2 layers of clothing underneath the girdle lol. I am a natural 26 to 26.5 inch waist, but at the end of the night I end up at 27 inches, once my belly is full of the day's food and drinks lol. The pictures were taken at the end of my day and after the usual 128 ounces of water and tea I consume DAILY.When I first wake up, my waist is 26 inches and naturally, as the day goes on and we women ;) eat, we put on a little bulk throughout the day. Mostly water weight gain and food, bloating, etc.My grandmother grew up wearing girdles her whole life and swore by them and she kept her 26 inch waist even after 5 kids. One thing she always told me, was to remember to do some sort of belly exercises to aid with muscles so the girdle doesn't cause your belly muscles to atrophy if you wear it everyday for 8-10 hours a day. Nothing crazy, a few situps or her favorite hula hoops.Sorry for the rambling but I hope this helps you in selecting the correct girdle for you because this seller has about 10 varieties to chose from and not all are built the same:)In closing, this is the perfect girdle for gals like me with short torsos. 5 inches tall in the front and I think 7 inches tall in your back. And mine did come with the extra expandable hooks and loops but I did not need it. I purchased the small.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for.
I love it. It’s shorter than the normal waist trainer so it doesn’t hurt my ribs, my thighs, nor my cesarean scar.
