A single unit is worthless by itself. It must be replaced every day.
Ordering this unit on-line is worthless. It must be replaced every day, and the storage bag is too small.Deal directly with the manufacturer, MensLiberty, and have your med insurance pay for all that's needed.

Best ever
The best ever. My husband was finally able to get a good nights sleep. All the other condom catheters came off in the first 3 to 5 minutes. This one lasted till it was removed after 2 nights. The secrete to this catheter is to use the clean packet first then a prep sponge which is a barrier and glue prep that dries on first before applying the condom . There is a video that you can watch how to a apply this catheter. To take off i ordered some glue release. You spray on the catheter when ready to take off and change and it releases the glued on catheter easily. This is expensive but the relief is worth it.

Wasted $14.00 too expensive for the long term.
I really liked the concept because of the diescrption of how it is used unfortunately it didn't’ Work any better than a catheter condom, of which a nurse would apply it but it would come off with first ruination. I believe this would work better than the condom if it applied by someone else so that proper alignment would be achieved 0r put additional adhesive petals in the kit. There is no second chance when applying it. Very hard to do by yourself it’s one and done so it was a waste of $14.00 I also was naive to think that at $14.00 it was reusable. It would cost an avg. of $2,600 a month to pee unfortunately the risk of infection is too high to use a foley catholic repeatedly.

Design Flaw
This is the worst device I have ever seen. Its design is highly defective and totally incompatible to the male anatormy. Whoever has designed it appears to have absolutely zero idea about the male anatomy for which the external catheer is being marketed. I wasted my time and money in trying to mke it work. It is meant tobe for one time use and costs about $15. How anyone with any sense can imagine someone to spend about $ 450.00 per month for a catheter that is simply worthles. The sales agent told me that insurance (in this case Medicare) pays for it and therefore it is affordable. Unbelievable!

The jury is still out on this
To start off, one of things I don't like is that a product is mentioned for removal of the tape, and is not included. I wasn't even able to easily find it when I searched. However, it wasn't difficult to remove anyway, because unfortunately, my husband took it off during the night, when he was confused and sleepy, and I found it thrown into the bathtub. I found it a bit difficult to put on him, since he is not circumcised, so I think the directions are a bit casual when they say it works for those who are not. It is definitely a bigger challenge, and especially when you are dealing with someone older who needs help attaching it.Before calling his doctor to see if we can get a prescription and some help paying for this, we'll try again. I don't want to return to the huge number of bags of disposables, so bad for the environment, and not particularly helpful for the ambience in our room either. Even safely wrapped up in the special bags provided by our supplier, they still do smell somewhat. And they cost a couple hundred dollars a month, as well. However, this would cost much more if we can't get a prescription and get Medicare to pay for part of it. We are with Kaiser, and I don't know if they will cover it or not.So, we are going to try again with the second one I ordered. I would say if you are more able to handle this on your own, and you are circumcised and can get the financing, go for it. It seems to work, is not that difficult to put on, and my husband did think it was comfortable.

These work like a charm
First, let me say I do not work for, nor am I associated with this product. These work like a charm. Allowed me to start doing a lot of things that I had to give up because on my gravitational incontinence. I have no control or sense of urge, as well as constant leakage. Pads were a help, but not great. They often leak, especially when I would stand up after several minutes of sitting. I have put up with this problem for over 6-years, so If you have the same problem, try these out. Buy just a few of them at first to see if they work for you. Your first one or two will only last one day because of the amount of moisture in your skin, but after that, I found that they would last two to three days. After washing and before applying the special skin conditioner that comes in the package, I would do an alcohol rub to make sure the moisture in my skin was gone. This helped make these catheters stay on longer.
