Very good
It needs to be roasted well. I made a south indian style sevai after roasting it and it was very good. Also made a sweet sev parsi style which also turned out very well. This product has a very good flavour and texture and I will definitely order it again.

Avoid if expecting South Indian type Rice Sevai
Disappointed. I concur with Chitra Bhatia's review. If it is noodles meant for falooda then please mention so. Do NOT mislead people in to believing that it is same as South Indian Rice Sevai. To avoid wasting or throwing it, we had to make race cheese balls to save the day since it became gluvy and sticky. Makes us question the intentions of seller

Recommend for falooda
This is not for making south indian rice noodles .. It became a paste when i immersed in hot water within 1 minute.. when I connected with the seller, he informed its used for falooda..
