Worked to power up a new AP, using same device for two other AP's for the past four years with no issues.

This POE adapter was purchased to power a remote access point. The location of the access point doesn't have a power outlet. This POE adapter allowed me to mount the access point in a location for best performance. I just plug the POE adapter into the same power source as my network switch. I connected the POE adapter to my network switch with a short cat6 Ethernet cable. Then I ran a Ethernet cable (cat6) from the POE adapter to the remote access point. Both network and power are delivered to the access point. I didn't have to run power. This made my job a lot easier.Package condition was good.Shipping was on time.

Gigabit speed, small size, great price!
We have used these single port injectors for about 3 years and are very pleased. The price keeps getting better and the size keeps getting smaller. Have had no issues at all with these units. Gigabit speed, small size, great price!

Great Gigabit Injectors For Higher Temperature Environments
These are great gigabit injector modules that are in the mid-range of pricing. I paid a little more for this brand due to the higher operating temperature: 0°C~50°C (32°F~ 122°F). Other brands were less expensive, but had a lower operating temperature. Since these were going in the attic, this was a very important factor.Just as an FYI, the "wall-wart" adapter that powers this module runs horizontally and is a bit bigger than a normal outlet plug, so you won't be able to put two of these next to one another. If you have another plug that is bulky and only two outlets left right next to one another on whatever AC receptacle you are using, you could run into a potential fit problem.Lastly, if you look at the product picture you'll see that the cable connects with the connector lock facing down. Be careful if you mount this module to a wall or board as I have and you use cable with connector protectors. You may have problems removing that cable once you've inserted it depending on the thickness of the protector.

Long Lasting!
I purchased this product back on December 19, 2012 a connected it to a Cisco WAP4410N Wireless-N Access Point. Not much to the product, it just works. Still running strong - never had any issues with it. I just bought a second one the other day for a second access point.

Didn't Power my Zyxel
For some reason I was unable to power my Zyxel with this injector... not sure why. others seems to have good luck with this and the reviews made me but it, but didn't work for me.
