I bought this to try, Because nothing else works, been to food Doctor, taping didn't help, insoles don't work, even had Steroid shot that only last 6 to 8 weeks and the pain came back.. after being on it for 3 weeks I started noticing a change.. Not as much pain... I am a person that lives with pain.. Lupus/joints etc.. Nothing I have tried works as good as this product.. So far this is the only brand I have tried.. You take 3 every day.. Goggle natural blood thinners you might be already getting a double dose because of dark chocolate, and onions, etc .Do your homework.. Remember this what works for one person may or may not work for another.. We are all different for a reason.. This product works for me.. I am so happy that I got some relief from my heel pain and knee pain... I have arthritis in certain parts of my body due to many years of running Triathlons. I’m pushing 50 now and have tried to keep up the momentum but I have pain when I train, mostly in my hips, shoulders and feet. I purchased this at the end of Jan’21 and started using it soon after. I started to feel better and noticed the pain had subsided so I stopped taking it in early April. Within a couple of weeks my pain was so bad again. I didn’t notice how much this helped me until I stopped taking it. So in late April I started again and now in mid May almost all the pain has subsided again. When I started taking it I would take 1 pill in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and 1 at bedtime. I eventually get to 1 in the morning and 1 at bed time and that seems to work for me. I can’t believe how much this helps me. If you try this just be sure to take enough to get the benefit from it. If you just take 1 a day it probably will not help much. Also, give it time, it is not a magic bullet and doesn’t work over night, it takes time. Hope it helps you as much as it helped me. : )

I have been using a combination of turmeric, curcumin and black pepper for a number of months due to arthritis in various areas of my body. However after running out and not having any pills for a week, I was on the hunt for something fast because after day one of not having the pills, even my shin bones started to ache. I went online to try to find the best price and milligrams that I could have delivered to me within a few hours. Thankfully I found these ones. I was curious how the ginger would work with the rest of the ingredients since I hadn't bought pills with ginger in them before. The day that I got them delivered I took two [serving size is three pills] and by the evening my aches started going away. By Sunday, I felt like my old self and didn't have to take either Tylenol or Aleve for the first time in a few days. I also felt like I had more energy over the weekend. Maybe because everything I was doing wasn't sidelining me with aches. This combination is a winner and I will continue to buy this brand.

The ease of getting vitamins only taken a couple of months

This is an excellent product. My knees hurt so bad i started walking sideways one at a time up the stairs. Tried fresh tumeric shots but at 3.25 a shot, that was short lived. Researched and found this product. Now I've finished my bottle of 180 over about 3 months, my dog as well, and wouldn't go without it.
