Not used for intended purpose.
Ok so gotta be honest. I do not use for the purpose intended. We have a hot tub. And when the jets are on, I tend to float about. So I got this belt and two weights. Did drape over my lap so that I don't float everywhere. And for that use it's amazing!

Works great!
I didn't want to spend the money real weights so I use cheap ankle weights and they work great. You need this because you bave to be a le to drop it fast in an emergency.

It’s a good belt
The boat works great. The material is good. The only issue I have is that it will slide down my waist to my chest when I’m free diving so for scuba diving this belt is great but for free diving, you might want a rubber belt.

Simple and to the point
A simple weight belt easy to travel with and easy to use. I use this as a backup, but it works well, standard design, easy to use and is functional. The clasp is plastic which is less secure/long lasting than metal, but like I said this is used as a backup for me.

Handles colder waters without getting brittle
Had been recommended this by a debt collector from Carlsbad CA for its performance of keeping things under water like dropping off gold or gift cards. Does a decent job on fitting weights and a marker flag to it with minimal slippage.Quality is better than other belts.

Solid Weight belt
I got this for spearfishing and I was a little worried about the plastic buckle staying shut, but its been solid. I dive with 4 belt weights totaling 10lbs, and also have my dive knife, and float line hooked onto the belt. The only issue is that if the belt is now really tight it can rotate around your waist while you're swimming around and you may need to readjust it.This just has to do with the material of the belt, I won't take off a star for it. If you don't want to deal with that issue then a rubber belt is the way to go. If you need a cheap solid belt, or just another you can have as a backup, It's a good buy. I've done over a dozen dives with it by now and I can see this lasting many many years.
