I have only had the chance to use this a couple of days so far. It seems to do what it claims but I will not know for sure and will update this review**update**I’m ordering my second bottle. It seems to lesson any sore throat and seems to take days off sickness.

My bestie turned me on to this about 2007. The very second that prickly sneeze erupts (my first sign I'm catching a cold) I start spraying my throat (7 pumps) every 15 minutes.Since then, I've maybe had 3 colds, and that's my fault for not jumping on it immediately.The hardest part for me is to remember to keep using it for 2 days after I feel the cold is gone.The spray arm rotates so you can easily spray from any position, including laying down.

I use to get this item often but this last purchase seemed to have a different formulation - the taste is very strong and for me, I can’t tolerate it - unfortunately this item is not returnable so I guess I’m out the money - I don’t remember the old version having such a strong taste.

We have used this product for 17 years. Recommended for our young son who would get strep throat every spring. This would nip the sore throat before full blown strep would set in. Never had to use antibiotics again!
