I've bought five
I have bought a total of five of these. Four during the aftermath of hurricane Helene where batteries were at a premium. One in preparation for the next hurricane season. With all five, myself and two children, my mother and my sister are all covered. I'm not really sure they last as long as they say they do but they do last stuff really a long time on very few batteries. They are pretty powerful considering their size. I had already been looking at these for camping equipment and in the aftermath of Helene, I got them on a very good price and because it was so hot and we had no electricity, we definitely needed them. It made sleeping comfortable and also having that sound. I use mine at my desk often when I don't want to turn on the ceiling fan. I have not used them in connection to a battery bank or plugging them in, I'm not even sure I kept the cords for that. I wanted battery operated because battery Banks are useful for other things. I love these fans and the only proof I can give you is the fact that I four already bought four and still bought a fifth. I know their price point can be a little daunting considering their size, but I promise you they are well worth it. The only complaint is that the lights are bright at night and my autistic daughter and my typical son both found them overwhelming. That was easily solved with a piece of duct tape covering the lights. Great air flow, they look pretty well but they are a fan. Truly how great can they look I like the different colored handles since that way I can keep straight whose fan is who's. They do function extremely good but like I said before, I don't think they have the lifespan on 4D batteries as advertised, but they do have a longer lifespan than any other fan I've tried. We had a very tiny fan bought from Walmart on clearance for $5 and it ran on 4 d batteries and by the end of one day it would barely be functioning on low. These are definitely going to last you at least 2 or 3 days on low.

Very efficient
My mom sent these to us after hurricane Helene, once the roads were somewhat clear but still no power, we were able to receive a care package and 3 of these were in it. These fans were so nice to have. We charged them during the day with ecoflow and solar panels, and they lasted all night. I don’t know how long the batteries last as we never had to revert to battery power. It seems like such a small thing, but having the ability to sleep comfortably was really the only comfort we had. There were only 3 in stock when she ordered so I went back ordered 1 more after the dust had cleared since we have 4 in our family. I would highly recommend getting one for each member of your family if you can, and if you have a solar generator you probably won’t need the batteries but of course it’s always a good idea to have some just in case.

Little Fan, Big Power, Battery Operated!
I ordered this fan for same day delivery during a recent 35 hour power outage in my city. I was way too hot to sleep the first night without power - so I searched for a fan that I could use with batteries and wouldn’t have to plug in to charge. This little guy was cost effective and honestly a life saver for my second AC-less night. Would highly recommend as a travel fan or a backup if you live in a warm area and could ever lose power/AC.

Fantastic fan, but are there any safety hazards while on if places too close to other objects
I really like this fan, especially being it is battery operated. The sound of the fan is not too loud and not too quiet. I bought the fan because I wanted a soft noise that could help me to fall asleep. This fan does the trick, it has 3 different settings. I only have one concern, the manual didn't mention anything about placing the fan when in use a certain amount of distance from other objects. Being it didn't mention this and unlike electrical fans, which specify to place it not any closer than 3 ft of other objects when in use. I am assuming it is safe to place this fan within inches of other objects and would be no hazard. Anyone help me and assuring me I am correct.

Quiet but powerful
I ❤️ this fan. I originally purchased it because we had another multi-day electrical outage due to storms. I wanted a battery operated fan and came across this. While I've only used it with usb cord at my work desk, it does the job and is quiet. I'm ready to order another one.

Not as powerful as I had hoped
At The first speed level, I feel very little airflow. It’s better at 2 but the highest setting should be ok
