Good Manual.
This manual was exactly what I wanted. It gave me the technical information I needed to repair the Briggs and Stratton engine in my John Deere D170 Mower Tractor. Good book, lots of detail and specs.

Some sections don’t match my engine
This is a good book and provides a lot of detail. Some sections, including the carburetor, do not match my engine. The book states the same engine model number, but apparently Briggs & Stratton changed their carburetor on this model. Everything else seems reasonable and contains good information for engine maintenance.

Very informative.
Great book for all intek engines even the ones that came out after this book was published. I have a 445577 and it worked like a charm. With this book I could tear down and completely rebuild the engine if I needed to and all the torque specs and clearances are in this book with step by step information and illustrations.
