So. As you can see I have 2 different color sweaters. Same brand and same size. I bought the grey sweater when I was 230 pounds (i am now 190 pounds) it fits me very loose now but not extremely loose to the point it falls off. I made the mistake of buying another sweater that's the same size when im 40 pounds less now.My recommendation if you're 230 pounds and 5' 5 get a large it will be snug and tight on you. And also keep in mind that washing these sweaters in warm or hot water will shrink them. Despite these 2 sweaters being the same exact size, the grey sweater feels loose but it fits nice. Whereas my new navy color sweater feels really big (I haven't washed it yet) so do whatever you like with that info.

Rich deep blue color, fits me well and matches my Cubs hat.

Great quality! Great thickness, great for a chilly day. I don’t know if it’ll last long wash after wash but for the price and quality it will serve its purpose!

I bought it for my son, who is 5’8” and 176#, and I would say it runs small and thin.

Comfortable and fits well..It will shrink, so if you don’t want that, let it hang dry.

I've had this exact same hoodie for 6 years, and after many washes (no dryer), it started feeling like it has lost some material, so I got a new one, but the new one has thinner material than the old one has after all those washes.Weight of the new hoodie is 20.2 oz (575g), while the weight of the old hoodie is 21.6 oz (615g) after many washes.If I hold the hoodie up to the light, I can see through the material on the new one, but not on the old one.The new one is made in Honduras and has printed tags, while the old one was made in Mexico and has stitched tags.The new one is 50/50 cotton and polyester, while the old one is 55% polyester and 45% cotton.The new one has metal rings where the strings for the hood exit the fabric, which I don't think the old one had even when new.Both are the same size.I'm disappointed that I didn't get the thick hoodie I was hoping for. On the other hand the value is still good for the new one.
