I've had this chair for over 2 weeks. The box delivered was ripped with parts of the chair exposed. There was a tiny tear in the seat, which the company was very quick to address. I had the option to get a new piece or take it as it for a partial refund. They gave me a few suggestions on how to repair it to prevent further damage so I took the refund.It's heavy and sturdy! Very easy to assemble. There was an extra piece that got us confused but we learned it was for packaging purposes. There are 4 pieces to assemble--You remove the foam to put on the seat, which goes on the pump base. There is the head rest. The foot rest is the only thing that needs a wrench to have the screws tightened.

The media could not be loaded. Received damage product. There is a hole in leather. I did the installation and found a dent. It just not worth a time to install and find defect in product. Now I need to disperse every parts and take this heavy product to UPS for return. Totally not worth it.

It assembled in just 3 pieces and was very simple to do. It’s nice and wide and very comfortable!! I use it for all styling and then spin it 180° To wash at my shampoo bowl!! The recliner is perfect height for shampooing and it has its own hydraulic so that my clients don’t fall backwards too quickly or get smacked in the back after they sit up. This is a great chair all around and the price is fair. I will probably only use the headrest when I wax eyebrows but I’m glad I have it for when I need it!! Arrived early too!!!

It arrived yesterday and I was happy to assemble it this morning. Assembly was pretty easy. It just took me 5 minutes! However, the hydraulic doesn't work. it doesn't go all the way down and its' pretty frustrating that we got rid of the older chair and now one artist is without a chair to work and its Friday - our busy days are Friday-Saturday!

Half the price of my beauty supply company and I think it’s great. Has levers on both sides to recline the back. Very convenient. Read a review saying they didn’t think it went up high enough. I am six feet tall and have no problem however I do like to sit on my stool when cutting the nape of the neck. Don’t think I will ever use the headrest but I think it is a nice option to have. Very satisfied with this chair.

This is a nice chair! I bought it for waxing and it is of good quality!! It reclines back and doesn't tip. It's a heavier chair that doesn't look cheap! The base is chrome and easy to clean. The only down fall is that if you use it for cutting, a child booster could slide backwards off the arms easily if you have a wiggler! Overall this chair is great:)

Have yet to put these in action, but are very comfortable and can handle large bodies, only problem is that they are hard to turn, hopefully after use it will loosen up
