PMDD was turning me into Miss Hannigan, and this has turned me into Pete the Cat, where “Everything’s Groovy.”Seriously, though, PMDD is awful. I was plopped on an antidepressant and promptly gained 30lbs in 6 months. I’m a food addict and I especially don’t need 30 extra lbs.I went off of that one and onto a different one with weight loss as a side effect. It took the edge off, but I was still sometimes climbing the walls 10 days pre-period. I knew I needed something else and heard about Ashwaghanda. I looked into this brand, mainly bc I’m a cheapskate and thought I’d give it a whirl.I’m glad I did. I’m much more chill, relaxed, and unruffled. I’m playful with my kids again, which they’re noticing, instead of the stressed, worn out shell they typically get. I’m more patient and tolerant, especially with the littles, which, if anyone has ever managed 3 kids including a teen and toddler, plus worked full time, at a job with a caseload that is way bigger than it’s supposed to be, plus all the kid activities and appointments, and household, by yourself, you know it can be incredibly thankless and soul sucking at times.At the end of the day, I’m still spent. But I’m in a better place mentally about it.I am a bit concerned that my stomach issues lately are possibly due to this, though. I’ve heard they can rear their head months after starting. I’m currently experimenting on whether or not it’s affecting my stomach, bc I had acute pancreatitis and epiglottic spasms that sent me to the ER. Since then, my stomach has been constantly upset, despite my levels going back down to normal.I sincerely hope it’s not this. It’s made such a positive change in my life, and I’ve recommended it to lots of people, bc in the words of Pete the Cat, “Everything’s Groovy.”

I've been using this for several years and really like it! It does help with anxiety, mood, stress. Does it take it completely away, no but it really does help alot!

Can’t say that I have any dislikes except the fact that I despise swallowing pills but that doesn’t pertain to this product lol.. ironically these pills are the only ones that I do enjoy taking because of the MAJOR BENEFITS, I have so much stress and anxiety and also depression at times and this is one of the only things that helps.. I have a 2 year old on top being jobless during COVID.. losing my grandmother and uncle due to COVID .. bills piling up etc you name it! This is definitely legit! Whom ever may have gotten sick or whatever may just have an allergic reaction to the pepper or ashwaganda 🤷🏾‍♀️ I know I can’t take everything I get sick from pills EASILY and this does not make me sick I even gave my friend one and he almost instantly felt the effects.. he had been up for almost a day and had to go back to work in 2 hrs and he said it helped him a lot.. I’m definitely going to be ordering more before my bottle is out!

Seems like a good product, good price and fast delivery.

I’ve tried several other supplements, including other brands of ashwaganda and so far to date the Kia brand seems to work the most effectively and directly. I believe in it so much I’ve asked both of my daughters to use it as well, and they also sing at high praisesThank you for a wonderful product and I will continue to purchase it as long as it is available

I have been using this product for almost a month and have lost over 5lbs already. I’ve been sleeping better and my anxiousness during the work day has been noticeably lower! So far, I have no complaints and plan to buy more.

It seems to work just fine. I was surprised by its impact initially and I notice if I let it run out.

I like the addition of the black pepper.
