I love this product! I take one of each together at night before bed, in the morning I am ready!

So, I normally don’t leave comments unless it’s worth to put one out there for people that are in disbelieve of the product.- So I’m on my third day on the pills 💊s. Normally, i go camping ( 🚽 ) 2 times a day. I have no problem with that. I would say this, I’ve visit the camping site a total of 5 times on this day. Pills are good if you are constipated.- Pills are easy to swallow.- You will get small type cramps here and there, nothing to crazy!- After whipping your centers for 3 days you will find out that you will experience a burning feeling. It’s better to use wet wipes. Lol FYII mainly started this path to loose weight. I’m a gym head and I want to loose belly fat. If you're desperate for an evacuation this colon cleanser will definitely do the trick, however it was extremely painful for me while I know of other products that weren't. This forced me to wake up running for my throne and made me feel like a soft serve ice cream machine as I would listen to my stomach rumbling oh so painfully. When using it, I had to clear my entire schedule for the day as that is how I would spend the remainder of the day, delivering fiery bouts of liquid with only a moment's notice and randomly releasing enormous gas pockets. It's definitely effective at evacuation but it's a very painful and degrading experience. I have used many senna products historically and this ranks with the best in effective evacuation as well as excruciatingly painful humiliation. Clear your schedule if you plan to take this even a single day. I wasn't brave enough to use it on consecutive days and had to take a break to recover for a few days between doses. On a good note, the ACV was an almost tasteless experience which was a pleasant discovery.

I would recommend them because they really clean my system

When I got these in the mail I started taking them that day. After about 5 hours or so I had the absolute worst cramps I’ve ever had and my stomachs was so grumbly. I ended up spending my evening on and off the toilet. I was only able to use them for 4 days because I was starting to be nauseous and dehydrated, even though I was drinking a gallon of water a day. I started to just take them when I’ve been constipated and bloated for a while. I definitely feel so much better the next day, but the intense stomach cramping is not it for me!

Honestly, every morning around 6-7 am is when this stuff really hits ya hard. BUT, I feel like it is an actual cleanse. It works, as far as I can tell. I feel lighter, less bloated, and can feel a little better self pump, when I’m at the gym. That may be due to being dehydrated though. Lol. Make sure you’re eating balanced meals and drinking plenty of water.

I ordered these based on previous reviews and not much thorough research since I was in a rush to do a cleanse before an upcoming trip, BIG MISTAKE. 3 days into the cleanse, I’m having more than the typical symptoms everyone else was experiencing in terms of using the bathroom excessively. A very long story short, I was having EXTREME abdominal pain, cramps, throwing up blood….it was a nightmare. I was rushed to the ER and after having a bunch of test ran and telling them I had been taking these pills, I was informed that I developed an infection in my colon and also was diagnosed with UC (ulcerative colitis). I immediately stopped taking the pills and began medication for UC. Please consult with your doctor to see if this is right for you. I’m not sure had I asked my provider if they would’ve been able to predict I’d develop an infection; but do not just go based off reviews like I did, the repercussions could be worse. Lesson learned.

On the third day of taking the pills, I woke up slightly frustrated that I bought another product that’s only giving me little results that I could have received with the over the counter laxatives that I already have on hand. I laid in bed and prepared to write a 2 star review. I made some tea and started writing the review. Half way through my tea and only 2 sentences into my original 2 star review (that I never finished) I felt the need to go to the restroom but i didn’t expect of what was to come. I casually walked over to the restroom and was still thinking of how to finish the review. The moment I sat on the toilet, so much came out like a chocolate smoothie gradually and softly pouring out. I kept having to flush the toilet while I was still on it because the waste was piling up so high and filling up the toilet. And it was a pleasant experience. No cramping at that moment (I do remember a few lite cramps overnight while I was sleeping). I realized that the first two days I wasn’t drinking enough water. Today after the great release this morning (I was so excited) I increased my water intake and I’m still releasing casually throughout the whole day. I saw the 2 star review I was going to send and changed it to 5 stars given the sudden improvement in my results! Drink lots water and move your body!!!
