Seed storage for the new gardener
I am using these boxes to store my seed packets. They are the perfect size. I do keep them indoors so moisture is not an issue. I bought index tabs for the months and I file the seeds under the month I should start them. This helps me get organized for my warm and cold crop plantings. I just make a note which seeds are direct sow and which I can start in trays. They are just transparent enough for me to read a card I put in front telling me which box it is. They are handy and secure so that if I knock them over, all of the packets don't spill out. I bought separate ones for herbs and flowers too. I find this a better method than to file them by name. Separate boxes for warm vegetables, cold vegetables, flowers and herbs and filed uner the month to start rather than alphabetical by name. Works for me.. Your mileage may vary.

Great for storing nail stamping plates
I got these to store and organize my nail stamping plates.The boxes arrived in perfect condition. They are completely clear and the lid is held on by the arms on the sides that snap up and down. The lid comes off entirely - it is not hinged - which just means there's one less thing to break over time.The boxes are sturdy (important because stamping plates are heavy) and can hold a lot of plates. Now all I need are some divider tabs and I'll be all set. And I have a whole second box waiting to be filled as well!

Decent Price for Decent Quality
I bought these to store my Meme cards for the 'What Do You Meme' card game. They work well and the construction is solid. Pleased so far.

Big enough for a lot of cards
Most index card boxes are so small that if you have a lot of cards you can't look through them because they are packed in. This box is big enough to fit many index cards and still be able to flip through them. I am so glad I found them!!!

Used for Mom's Recipe Box
Bought these for my mom's recipes. She had an old plastic 3x5 index box that was bursting with recipes from over the years. These worked great, and she likes that she can see through the boxes. I was able to use both and give her room to sort through the recipes with ease.
