DREAMSTITCH5011-2 Presser Foot Shank High Shank for Babylock,Brother,Janome,Juki,Necchi,Pfaff,Simplicity,Singer,Viking Sewing Machine

I had a lot of feet for my Babylock sewing machine. When I got my Juki I thought I would have to repurchase any feet I wanted in the high shank version. This adapter allows me to use my low shank feet on the high shank machine. It works perfectly!

So far so good. Tested out the alignment with a zipper foot (didn’t have a zipper available but was able to stitch perfectly). Will update if anything changes, for reference this machine is a kenmore 158.353 and considered a “high shank” not a “super high shank”. Be sure to measure your machine!

I have an old sears Kenmore with a high shank, so I figured Id try this adapter. The adapter works with all the universal attachments I have, but its is not quite the right fit for the machine. The hole is off center from the needle and the foot sits too high. Seems like I would need an adapter for this adapter to make it work.

This high shank fis my machine perfectly! I love being able to use my low shank feet on both machines!

Works well to update my vintage Janome which works well but came with only two presser feet. This and a set of feet were a great addition.My only dislike - seller failed to indicate this is functionally identical to the 830035004. One has a release button and the other a lever.I was forced to buy both.Very well. I'll run each when I start my project and report back on any differences. Maybe I'll be glad to have both.

So glad to have found this high shank, snap-on adapter. I have a vintage, avocado green Dressmaker that I’ve been wanting to use more often, but finding compatible feet for it can be difficult. This adapter fits just right, and works with the various Janome snap-on presser feet that I already had in hand from another machine. There are some feet that still won’t work, however, since the Dressmaker needle position is on the left, and can only be adjusted to one other position. I still need to use a separate, high shank, adjustable zipper foot, for example. Very satisfied with this adapter overall.

This is slightly too wide for my Juki TL-2010Q. I included a photo testing with a clear foot, and you can see the needle hole doesn’t align properly. The needle just barely goes in, but if it wobbles even a touch as it sews, it scrapes the foot.

Works w juki 18qvp. I have madam sew feet n wanted to use on my juki TL180qvp. There r some feet that won’t work, not sure why, but we’ll worth the $$ as it works w feet I need like satin stitch clear foot Juki only dies straight stitch but I need to see where I’m going
