Great flavor
I've tried a number of teas to help with sleeping and this is by far my favorite tasting one and it seems to work well with helping me get to and stay asleep.

Helpful for falling asleep
It really does seem to help me go to sleep, and I have frequent insomnia. I still wake back up after 3-4 hours, but I think that’s a problem with me, not the tea. Flavor is pretty good.

I didn’t expect to love Twinning Sleep as much as I do, but wow it’s been a total game changer for my nighttime routine. From the very first night, I noticed I was falling asleep faster and waking up feeling actually rested (which hasn’t happened in a while). It’s gentle, doesn’t leave me groggy in the morningHighly recommend if your brain won’t shut up at night like mine.

Stronger flavor than most in the stores
I think this definitely has more mint flavor than products on the regular store shelves. Still not as strong as German quality, but it's good enough for me to drop 5 stars. Would purchase again.
