I was pleasantly surprised by the overall look and quality of this chair. The metal trim is kind of a brushed gold. It's very pretty and the chair is quite comfortable. I was able to assemble it in less than 10 minutes and it seems to be quite sturdy, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I brought this chair because of the unique gold tone, which is a perfect match for my office. Now that I have had the chair for a few weeks, I am ready to say that I am happy with my buy. Not only is it a nice looking chair, it is comfortable and I love that the sit raises so high, because I am pretty tall. So the bottom line is that I am totally satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

Looks good. I sit in it for upwards of 10-14 hours a day. My a$$ is super boney. If it survives more than a year I'll be very happy. The leather and padding seems a little thin.

Poor quality over time. The chair was comfortable and in better condition when I purchased it. However I started noticing that the chair itself started peeling after modest use. I am now left with a chair that is constantly falling apart and leaving debris all over my floor.I would not recommend given its poor quality that did not stand test of time with normal usage.

This chair arrives in a huge box but once removed, assembly is easy peasy. The chair is very nice looking and fits in well with our office decor. The only problem we have with it is the seat part itself is elongated, more so than most office chairs. Therefore, it takes up more room and our walking space in and around the office. The comfort level is decent as is support, but I have had better.

I'm pretty tough on office furniture and I have to say that I am very pleased with how well this chair has taken the past year. The assembly was easy and took 10 minutes. The leather is very nice and professional looking, especially alongside the chrome. The casters/rollers are very nice and smooth, and the adjustments work great. Wear and tear wise, I've used this for hundreds of hours so far and the only visible damage is where the armrest occasionally hits the edge of my desk - there's a small cut in the leather from those impacts. At my other office, which has the $1200 ergo chairs, the armrests are more accepting of these bumps as they're more solid, but I guess that's part of the price difference. The brown leather is supple yet reliably tough, and the chrome stands out as clean and professional. Overall comfort is an 8 out of 10 after spending long hours in the chair.
