Silver Cordless Spotlight, Battery Operated Accent Lights for Paintings - Mini Led Picture Light, 4000k, 80 Lumens

I bought this lamp to throw light on a 20 x 30 in photo that I'd put on the wall of my garage in front of my treadmill. It was easy to attach the lamp to a post in the garage (I used the supplied screws) and I can control the lamp from the treadmill using the remote. I'm now thinking of using the second lamp to light up a dark doorway. It remains to be seen how long the batteries will last, but I've used the lamp for about 8 hours so far without any noticeable loss of light and, at the price I paid for AA batteries on Amazon, it will only cost $1.20 to replace the three batteries. So overall, this lamp is perfect for what I wanted.

After reading other reviews, I’m going to make this simple...- Use 3M Command picture hanging strips when putting these lights up, they will come off easier without damage.- When it’s time to change the batteries: “push and turn” to open the housing unit, leaving the backing on the ceiling/wall/wherever you have it installed.- Make sure to use the timer on the remote, the lights do last a long time without it, but it’s just better to use the timer so you don’t forget.- These lights are NOT blinding light, however, they are bright enough, especially with the light-brightness-options on the remote.- If you don’t buy these lights then I think your making a mistake, these lights are PERFECT, they are elegant, a good price, and seriously make your home sparkle!!!- 5 Stars all the way.- I would 1,000% recommend these lights to anyone.

First, don’t expect the sticker to hold these to the ceiling or wall. They 100% will fall. However, it’s an easy enough work around to use a small screw or nail to keep them in place. They’re not terribly bright, so if you’re looking for a spotlight, this is not what you want. They do provide nice ambience lighting for our artwork and it’s super convenient to have the timer function. Plus, we have had them about 6 months and despite regular use (3ish hours approximately 4x/week) haven’t had to switch out the batteries yet.

These work really nice for two framed photos of Grand Canyon installed on our bedroom walls. I like their brightness, adjustability and the remote is terrific. The installation was a problem for me. I was installing on a popcorn ceiling and the adhesive would not hold them up. They included two very small screws which were really hard to work with. If the screw was cocked even a little bit in the face place, the unit would not attach together. When I finally did get it installed flush, it was difficult to turn the light unit on the face plate to lock it in position - tight fit. In trying to rotate it, one of the flimsy tabs broke and the unit then would not stay on the ceiling. I had to use adhesive caulk within the unit to keep it affixed to the mounting plate.Now, with them installed with some difficulty, we are enjoying them. I would give 5 stars for value and function but thought the screws for mounting and flimsy tabs and difficult fit on assembling required a downgrade in the rating.Can't beat the price.

I love these. Purchased for lighting posters in my theater room. They work great. I don’t use them all that much so battery life hasn’t been an issue for me. I replace the batteries about once per year. The remote is very directional which is good for me as I have three of them relatively close together. They were easy to paint to match the color of my wall.

I was looking for something that would be easy to install and help light up dark areas of my room without it taking up to much space. This product meet all of those requirements and then exceeded my expectations. I found the product so easy to install, all of the hardware was included and honestly they are light enough that a 3m strip can hold them up.. so in a way you dont even need a screwdriver. after i placed them I was thrilled to realize that not only are they super bright but they can dim and be placed on a timer. I also love the fact that it comes with 2 remotes but either one can operate both at the same time

These are great little lights if you want to add a little pizazz to an accent wall. They were easy to install. The only downside is that I woke up this morning and one was laying on the floor. The light is awesome and still works but something needs to be done to improve the actual sticker/hanging tape.Update: So I was sitting in my living room and another one of the lights came crashing down. It made my heart jump out of my chest. I am pretty disappointed that they did not work out. I ordered 2 more sets since my first review. However, I think its best that I send them back for a refund.The 1 star is for the look of it. The appeal was that they did not have to be permanently mounted (screws). This company needs to find a better option to attach these.

One star for installation - When the description says you can use screws to install it, it doesn't state hat you need VERY flat head screws, otherwise the unit will not click back onto the base. The screw supplied might be OK for hard surfaces, but ate worthless on drywall walls and ceilings. At least include some correct wall anchors! I ended up using adhesive caulk to have it sit on the ceiling securely (yes,it is a popcorn ceiling, but I scraped the popcorn from the mounting location).5 stars for the unit itself. Compact, yet aesthetically pleasing. The LED light is not that bright, yet is gives out a very nice white lighting effect. The variable lighting is good, and the included remote is easy to use.
