I primarily use it to sweeten my tea. Strong, dark honey causes problems for my Menieres, this honey is subtly sweet and not overpowering, just perfect for my needs and taste. Nice new bottle with a flip-top lid so you don't end up with sticky situations when opening and closing the lid, an indication that the company has been listening to suggestions from its customers. Best honey I've ever used.

This is an exceptional, mild, honey. I was glad to hear a story on NPR telling us that local honey does not reduce allergy symptoms. It give me license to continue buying this most excellent honey.

3 of the 6 bottles arrived with serious leaks. Honey and cardboard basically fused to the sides of the 3 bottles and a mess to sort through and clean up. I haven't even tried the honey in the 3 in tact bottles due to frustration and lack of trust in the entire shipment. Pathetic
