Fun with Kitchen Science!
The violets had a great scent and flavor. The pigment in the petals changed from a lovely dark bluish-purple to a purplish-fuschia after I added a little lemon juice after steeping, which was so fun and fascinating. Great quality. I only wish I had ordered more. Oh, well. Next time I definitely will!

Great product! Taste great, just as I expected.

Disgusted!
Terrible quality. No scent and probably no flavor. Like reported by other customers. The green stems and leaves chopped up so small that they became powdery as did the blossoms. Actually, this should have been the blossoms only. I believe selling a product in this condition is scamming customers. Doesn't even deserve one start. I had to put one start in order to warn other customers.
