Really comfortable
Bought this to upgrade from the B450 I had for about 6 years. Sound of this B550 is super impressive and calls are clear. Snug fit and really like how the ear sets around my ear and not just pressing on.

Husband says great headset, but the only downfall is that the earpiece needs to be a bit larger. But quality of sound and noise cancelling is great.

I'm a truck driver so the noise in the cab is very loud. Anyone I call using the headset can't even tell I'm driving. Definitely worth the money.

It is incredible that in three months they no longer work, since the speaker works with too much interference when it works, otherwise nothing and the battery does not last even 24 hours.I have tried to claim the warranty with Solving Products, LLc since they are the seller, but they say it has to be through amazon and amazon says it has nothing to do with it.Two days trying to solve the problem and the truth only adds frustration.So it is your decision to buy or not, but if you do, risk losing 140 dollars in 3 months.

Great reception and sound quality..
Fits a little to snug on my ear for log conversations. But the overall quality and the sound is second to none. Also I would recommend this headset to everyone. 👍👍

Much better than my old 450
Works great. At first I thought I needed to return it but I took the foam cover off the ear piece and now I can hear so much better. I was thinking my 450 was working so much better than the 550. It feels was better than my old 450 headset.

It’s ok
I have enjoyed it so far one thing I have noticed is that it does not have the talk time it says on the box. Also the comfort is not there, however the noice cancellation works very well.
