when you read about supplements to take when battling scar tissue you always read vitamins A C E and Zinc, this is the perfect combination in just 2 pills a day so you dont have to buy tons of other vitamins! High quality and easy for me to swallow. as a bonus this is a very potent antioxidant blend thats going to help with many health and skin issues aswell as help with energy levels! The only semi con about them is the smell. They smell terrible but if you take them with a large meal and a full glass of water you will have no issues with burping them up or tasting them. I highly recommend this supplement!

I have noticed many subtle improvements in my health since taking these vitamins. Most notably, I do not catch colds, tissue health has improved, oral health has improved, and it seems circulation has improved. To me, this is an excellent immune booster although I have not medical, nutritional or herbal certificates to back my claim.

I had to move on needing higher doses of everything and something without the unnecessary calcium component. Make it at least 10,000 iu A 3000 C 1000E and 200mcg selenium (ditch the calcium) and I'll be back.

Usually I don't really notice much of an improvement when I take vitamins or supplements. I eat relatively healthy and probably receive most of my needed nutrients that way, but with these vitamins which I only took as recommended for one month. I noticed I felt a little sharper and had a bit more energy and desire to do things.
