Ladies!! Can’t recommend more. Little bit of ‘tingle’ feeling in skin, but that’s pretty normal for pre-workout. I mix this in my superfood shake with a scoop of collagen and creatine before I workout. Intensity & pump from my workout has been incredible. Gives me the motivation to stay, get creative and work harder. I did switch to decaf in the morning because I would be taking in so much more with the pre-workout. Haven’t noticed a decrease in alertness.What I WOULD NOT recommend doing is going running or extreme cardio after consuming a full serving. No bueno - I felt like I was going to die, too much of an increase in heart rate (pre-workout/cardio combo) Maybe if I decreased consumption by about 3/4… But anyways, lesson learned. Would recommend absolutely.

I have ordered atleast 4 jugs of this product and think it is doing good things. However, the this particular collagen was coagulating in my coffee unlike the others that frothed in my coffee. I was able to get reimbursed through Amazon and will order the same product again hoping the new one will be as good as the others.

Stevia extract. It's a supplement there is no need to add a sugar. Has that sweet after taste.

First time collagen and this stuff mixes well in water taste chalky but I gotten used to it overtime. Notice my hair getting longer and softer. My nails as well getting longer. My shoulder pain is nearly gone after two weeks of use of drinking this stuff. Overall this good brand and I will be buying more
