Fast growing and hardy tree
Shipped fast. I put the branch cuttings in large solo cups and filled with water. I took them inside at night to protect them from freezing being they were in a cup of water. I put them outside each morning in full sun. The days were 60F and nights were 35F. The nodes began sprouting within the first week. Roots began forming by the second week. I included photos covering their first three weeks of growth.

Some people don’t know what they’re doing.
Take negative reviews with an enormous shaker of salt. I’ve bought upwards of 120 of these, and only 5 — among 4 or so batches — didn’t grow. If you’re not completely inept at growing/caring for plants, these are a total no-brainer. They root vigorously whether started in soil or water and quickly produce strong stems and leaves.I have a feeling most people with failed plants under-watered theirs or didn’t start them properly. Still, just as a test, I started a few by simply shoving them into the dirt and watering vigorously and even those ones have grown for me, and I live in a a dry, high altitude town with alkali soil. These things WANT to grow.A freak, late June freeze killed about 20 of mine that I’d stuck outside, and those are the only ones that have died after producing roots and growth. None have died due to poor cuttings, disease, mold, or anything like that. Remember that willows love water and honestly you’ll struggle to kill them.

HORRIBLEEEEEEEEEE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
I have been growing these types of trees and have purchased from other sellers. Always received sticks (cuttings) that were of approx the same diameter and length.THESE-OMG.....I purchased the 50 pack, I have about 14 that are what I call too big....(About the size of 4 pencils held together if not a bit more. And the rest I got were TWIGS MUCH THINNER than a pencil. REALLY??? For this sort of money, I mean REALLY??? RIP OFF!UPDATE Nov-4-20-despite proper care EVERY SINGLE ONE DIED. Can't say I have the greenest of green thumbs but I do very well with plants. Note, ones I bought from another seller did just fine and are now about 3-4 plus feet. Note to everyone in general, these are WATER HOGS!Yes, they all will probably grow in some fashion but this is NOT what I paid for! Nope. DO NOT BUY YOUR CUTTINGS FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS you want a bunch of VERY WEAK TINY TWIGS as starts and a couple of ridiculously LARGE ones. The package STUNK apon opening it-like unwashed feet and manner, disgusting, and not in a good garden sort of way, it was a in your face and room you are in sort of bad way, (its winter so not like it sat and cooked, the instructions were also wet and messy and the ink had run, the cuttings WERE all the same direction, rubber banned in a MIXTURE of sizes and cradled by very wet paper. Some of the cuttings have tiny root starts, one has the start of leave and no roots (one of the tiny twigs) so that's as good as dead, when you get leaves BEFORE roots its game over for these. When I have purchased from other sellers they have had NO root starts and I had to be patient and they all grew well and are still growing well and evenly.Still, not happy, 1 star, this is a JOKE in the world of "Proper CUTTINGS" and the description needs to NOTE that you will be getting mostly LESS THAN PENCIL SIZED TWIGS and some ungodly thick ones, or be given a choice!Seller would be well served to contact me and make this right. If they do I will update, otherwise, this is just garbage, get your cuttings elsewhere.

So far so good!
We haven't planted these yet, but they have been sprouting leaves and roots like crazy! They have been growing in aquarium water and seem highly successful.

Wait and see..
I initially was disappointed because I saw no roots on the plants and didn't know how to plant them. After a little research I put them in water to root. They are soaking up a lot of water and apper to be budding.

Semi-False Advertising, Not Live Trees
To be clear, what you are ordering here is not "live trees", you are ordering cuttings that were taken from a live tree, that you have to then to wait to root.If cutting's are what you are looking for, these seem healthy enough and hopefully they should root okay. But, if you are expecting bare root or potted trees that you can just stick in the ground, these are not it. These are branches that with proper care will probably grow into trees.Seller, please update your description to be more clear about the product so it's less misleading.

Quick sprouts
We're very excited to get these in the ground! We received the cuttings quickly and put them in water. Within a day, roots and buds were sprouting. After a few days, we planted in red solo cups and some good seasoned horse manure soil. We'll worth the $. Seller quickly addressed the questions I had. Great transaction.
