After I painted the inside of my house last year, I decided I needed a new couch. I only had a loveseat which was part of a set I bought 14 years ago. Though I got rid of the couch a few years ago, I waited to get a new one. It took me the better part of 18 months to find the right color, fabric, firmness, and most importantly - COST - of a couch. When I FINALLY found it, I got it. However, I knew the standard height of the legs (3 inches) was not going to work. After over two decades of military service, my knees are not what they used to be. SO ... another search ensued to find replacement legs. After reviewing a plethora of youtube videos and searching other stores in my area, I figured I was going to pay an arm and a leg (no pun intended) for new legs. I wanted to be able to return the legs, in the event they didn't work. Well, I decided to come to Amazon JUST TO SEE what was available. These seem to fit the bill, though I was a little skeptical because of the price.First, the price for all four legs was equal to ONE leg when I was searching local. THAT was a HUGE plus. But as I said, it made me skeptical. In addition to the legs I bought a furniture leg repair kit in the event I needed more support. The legs are AMAZINGLY STRONG. The only thing I changes was the hanger bolt to fit the fitting. Rather than screwing the leg into the wood it is screwed into fitting.I really like the color of the legs. Some of the reviews didnt like the color and found sanding the clear-coating off was either a good or bad choice, depending on their personal results. I did not find I needed to change the color. However, I did recommend these legs to a friend. She chose to change the color by sanding the legs, then spray-painting them; using a primer FIRST and following the color with a clear coat. She said she loved the results. (She did paint them a garnet red, so spray-painting was her option.)The legs arrived on time and nicely packed with a one-year warranty on the legs. I REALLY liked that, though I dont know if the warranty will count since I changed the hangar bolts out to fit the plate. However, that was my choice so I must accept that.All in all, the legs were a great purchase. Incidentally, my new couch with everything (delivery, hauling packaging, the legs and repair kit) was less than $400 - and the couch is an Ashley couch. LOVE the investment.

The media could not be loaded. Super sturdy. It was exactly what I needed for my project. Made this bench and was able to assemble the legs in like five minutes. I like that it came with the angle brackets or regular ones. I thought with the small screws it might not be very sturdy, but I was wrong. They are very sturdy and hold a good amount of weight.

I bought these legs to replace missing legs from an Amazon shipment. They didn't fit. A carpenter replaced the bolts with the correct size and they worked well, aesthetically. However, these legs were 2" longer than the original chair, so the center of gravity wasn't right and the legs strained to maintain their angled position. We trimmed and painted them and they are as close to the original as possible, without being metal and well, the originals..... (thanks Amazon for making this all necessary)So, while I may have a jacked up Frankenstein chair, these LEGS have gone above and beyond their expected duty. Excellent spindle work, well centered. Sturdy, hardwood legs that take changes beautifully....

This 4-pack was exactly what I needed to create a small table.The legs were extremely easy to install. Plus, you will receive ywo sets of hardware so the legs can sit vertical or slanted out.You can literally make a table out of any slab of wood. 10 out of 10 recommend.

These are great, solid and sturdy. I got the 5-in ones and put them on the bottom of an upper cabinet to give me some storage in the corner of my kitchen. Started adding reeds, just not done yet. Be aware that these legs don't just screw into the bottom of your furniture, you actually have to have the right tools to route out about a 2-in circle of wood. The leg sits inside of that. Definitely not as easy as the ones that just screw to the bottom.

I ordered the 6 inch height as replacement legs for my Ikea 3-seater Karlstad couch. The wide end of the leg is quite wide and as such did not fully screw in; when screwed in as tightly as possible over the couch cover (which was difficult to do, had to get a stronger friend to help), there was still about 1/4 inch of space between the base of the leg and the couch, making the couch extremely unstable and wobbly. I could have tried cutting around the fabric of the couch cover to try to get a tighter fit, but didn't want to alter the fabric. Might be a good fit for other types of furniture, but these did not work for my Ikea couch.
