A great Harley
This is Harley Quinn from DC Collectibles as seen in the Arkham Knight game. I'm a fan of the Arkham City game, but at the time the figures from DC Collective didn't draw me into collecting. However, this iteration of Harley changed my mind. Suffice to say, I'm not disappointed with my purchase. This figure has a superb sculpt and paint application, only matched by a great articulation that doesn't hinder the look of the figure. The head sculpt is extremely well done, with great resemblance to the character in the game. She has tails to each side of the head and bangs to the sides of her face. The hair sculpt doesn't hinder the movement of the head and is well painted on a dull mustard color with tips painted blue at the right and red at the left. The paint on the face is superb, with dark lips and eye liners on a white face paint. The rest of the body is as superbly sculpted and painted, from the rings connecting the belts from necklace to bustier and around her arms, rivets on the belt at the waist, frills on her skirt and at the hem of her bracers, diamond shapes on her leggings, and laces on her ankle high boots. She is painted on muted maroon and black colors, with gray on the shoulder and white on a strip of her skirt, following the Arkham theme.Articulation:- Ball-jointed Head- Ball-hinged shoulders, ball-hinged elbows, ball-hinged wrists- Ball-jointed torso- Ball-jointed hips, swivel thighs, double-hinged knees, swivel boots, and rocker-hinged ankles. The articulation is on par the the sculpt and paint on this figure. On top of that, it doesn't detract from the sculpt. The split of the torso for the torso articulation is disguise with the belt around the bustier. Even in areas where the articulation should be more visible because of the flesh tone, the right elbow, the articulation passes as a natural fold. All other articulation is concealed by the darker tones of the paint. Even the skirt is sculpted on softer plastic and it doesn't hinder the movement of the hips a lot. Posing this figure dynamically is just a tons of fun.Accessories:- Bat, pistol and detonator- Extra open left hand and extra bat holding right hand.- A jack in a box.Since I don't play the game, I don't know how the detonator comes into play. Others like the bat and pistol are obvious fit. And the Jack in the box is just a nice touch.Overall, I couldn't be happier with this figure.

Ah, glad I pulled the trigger on buying her!
Collecting action figures I thought would never be something that would excite me. I had a wild hair come over me looking in my ever so plain, bachelor room into a 'nerd cave' of sorts about a week ago and thought, how cool would it be to get a few of these gems, such as this one I'm reviewing, and put them up on some of the new shelves in my room and in my shelves of my tall chess that sits ever so lonely in my room? It'd be a great eye-catcher to start this project off right, I thought.Well that opened a can of worms I wasn't expecting. In a matter of a week I went from having zero of these action figures to having several. I received Harley today, and even though it was a bit smaller in scale than I was anticipating, it instantly brought a smile to my face. I had to tear her out of the package, like a little boy probably would do, but not nearly so frantic, and get the gun and bat in her hands and get her up on the shelf instantly, which is now the home of several action figures that I purchased 'frantically' over the last week, which I get pure joy glancing at each time I go in the room. She is a beautifully constructed figure with lots of detail and adds wonderfully to the small fort of figurines I now own. If I knew other collectors, I'd buy this for them as a gift instantly. It's pure fun, and a bit sadistic looking at the same time, as Harley should convey and she does greatly.I'm a single guy and plan on being single for the rest of my adult life (heard of MGTOW? Youtube it), so I don't have to hear anything from a woman telling me how immature this collection appears to be. Or to get rid of them. I've spent plenty of time catering your kind in my adult life, and it's led me here; reverting back to my childhood a bit. And what fun this project has become already for me. More fun than any relationship so far. Ha! I plan on working on this 'nerd cave' continuously and definitely look forward to buying more wonderful figurines such as this one in the later future. So if you're on the fence about this product, get off the fence and buy it NOW! You'll be glad you did if collecting these is your thing as well.
