So I had issues with these pagers not charging and they had tec support reach out to me and help me fix them. If yours are not charging try loosening the three screws on the bottom or use the port on the side.

It won’t turn on after two weeks of use.
It looked like a good product at first, but it’s dead after a week of use.

We use this pager system for our food cart, and it has been a life saver.

Don’t hold a charge
They work great but don’t hold a charge, the charger has never been powerful enough to charge all 10. We have always added extra weight to hold them down and get them to all charge. Once they are charged the charge doesn’t last long. We have had them for about two years so maybe they are just getting old? We only use them once a week when lunch is being served in our meeting room instead of the cafe.
