delicious
I am always looking for new flavors and this marinade was very good. I didn't let my chicken marinate long enough to get a really good flavor but, in the time I had the chicken turned out great. I can only imagine how much better it would have been with more time

I use it to make healthy salad dressing
I am so glad I discovered this product. I have made a change over to healthy eating which includes making my own salad dressings in order to avoid many additives. This marinade contains the healthy ingredients I can approve. I take about a cup of the marinade, add 1 tablespoon of oil, one teaspoon of natural sweetener, a pinch of salt...and I get the most amazing Italian-type dressing with a citrus flair. So good and so healthy. One bottle gives me about 3 batches. My only complaint is that now my husband is eating my dressing so I have to keep buying more about every 2 weeks.

Major Mojo
My husband loves to grill out. He uses the Badia Mojo marinade to marinate chicken before he grills it. It's delicious!

Nice citrus marinade.
I've used this mainly on fish (mahi mahi) for about 45 minutes before I cook it. It has a nice citrus flavor (not too strong), and a nice consistency for marinating. I cook the mahi mahi on a propane grill with a sheet of aluminum foil sprayed with PAM. Nice. (About 3-4 minutes per side.)

Worth the extra money
Spend the extra money and get this (Badia) instead of Goya mojo, it's on another level. Thicker and with significantly more flavor. Goya is ok as a marinade but this is great as a marinade, dressing and a dipping sauce for tostones or yuca. Best mojo I've ever tried that's not home-made.

Not what I expected
I expected more garlic, more spices, and heat. I am used to Trinidadian jerk flavors. This is citrus ONLY. Not salty. I marinated chicken breasts in mojo for 3 days as I did not brine chicken first. Cooked chicken on gas grill. The taste was mild and almost lemony. Husband and son liked it but none of us were thrilled. I still have half of the bottle. I will add garlic, black pepper, salt, and one of my Tabasco brand sauces that has allspice, cloves, cardamon, hot pepper and other Caribbean spices when I marinate poultry again.
