There is so much hype these days about way too many supplements, but it appears that this one really works.About 4 years ago I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and my doctor wanted to prescribe Fossamax. I went to the FDA website and read up about it. The side effects are horrible, so I chose to not take it. After some research I chose instead to use Jarrow's Ultra Bone-Up. My new bone scan shows that I no longer have osteoporosis. In fairness, there has been one other major change because I also moved to a home in the country and I am actively maintaining the large yard and growing vegetables (organic of course). So, it could be the combination of many more hours on my feet, the Bone-Up, or both. Either way, I am continuing to use Bone-UP.

I was really wondering if this Ultra Bone Up was going to work. Well I finally have concrete numbers from my recent DEXA scan to confirm it's working. I have been taking this Ultra Bone Up for one year, since my last DEXA scan. I was at -2.90 a year ago. I've improved to -2.30 a week ago. Definitely going in the right direction, and that was with me, more times than not, only taking 4 of the 6 recommended daily dosage. I'm now motivated to make sure I take all 6 tablets per day and hope to continue to see more improvement with next year's DEXA scan. I also was not exercising like I should have been.This product has become more expensive, and I'm assuming it's due to supply chain constraints, which is unfortunate for those of us that need it. However, health is just too important and if I can improve my bones without pharmaceuticals that may have undesired side-effects, I'm pretty happy.

I have been taking Bone Up for many years and it works for me. I love the fact that the ingredients in the product do not contain seashell calcium and they also contain the right combination of ingredients to help in the absorption of hydroxi appetite. I hope it will help those who need calcium that can be absorbed by your bones.

This product seems to really help the bones. I had thinning of the bone in my hip and after my test it has gone away. I also do exercise and eat good healthy foods.

I’ve been using ultra bone Up for about three years now. I like it and it works for me. The pills are a little big and have flavor. But I haven’t had any problems swallowing them. I don’t use the ultra bone Up for pain relief. Just to help keep the bones strong

Helped me regain bone density used with strontium for complete program but must be taken separately from each ither in the same day.
