I always recommend this product to my patients, family, & friends. It's a great product and works well at raising Vit D levels quickly. Remember Vit D3 Cholecalciferol is a fat soluble vitamin/hormone and should be taken alone w/ a fatty snack or meal to increase absorption. :)
