BG Universal Cooling System Sealer

Have had a slow leak in my coolant for quite a while now and have taken my car several times to the mechanic when it would overheat, but he hasn't been able to find the leak. I'm lucky that he's a great guy and hasn't charged me when he couldn't find the leak. My brother years ago worked for BG and recommended this for my car problem. I put it in with my antifreeze and the leak has slowed WAY DOWN. I use to have to put anti freeze in every couple of weeks, but it hasn't needed any for about 8 weeks now. The way my brother explained it to me is that there is some small particles in this liquid that as it moves through the system it attaches to any holes and slowly fills in the gaps. The last time I put antifreeze in I didn't have to put in near as much as I use to. I'm talking about putting in the whole container of antifreeze in the past compared to only a couple of cups of antifreeze the last time I put any in. I'm hoping the leaks have all been sealed up, but I'll keep checking.

I absolutely love it works every time. As long as you follow the directions, I've never seen any type of head gasket sealer work like this. I know I have a Leaking head gasket on my Subaru engine, that's for sure. This stuff holds up even at running it like a 120. Some miles an hour. It's still freaking holds out amazing stuff.What's gonna get a head gasket and replace myself? But never had to time and it's been three years since I Use the first bottle and know overheating whatsoever no more bubbles

Works well for the right kind of leaks.I've been a mechanic for a long time. We sold BG products at a ford dealership. This is worth a try especially for pesky very small leaks. My 2.7 ecoboost has a crack presumably, in the exhaust manifold cooling jacket on right cylinder head, symptoms were basically here a there steamy exhaust and you can smell something off. Heated up truck to operating temp. I Poured bottle in then drove to work about and hour. Leak gone, coolant level stays and I noticed the fix the same day. Magic in a bottle for head leaks is usually a unicorn.

product arrived on time, product looked watery and was thinking this might not work, the leak i had was small. but leaking none the less, access to the hose fitting was extremely inaccessible and uses an o-ring which o think was pinched when installed (recently), followed instructions, Poof no leak thumbs up on this product, will buy again when needed.

Love it have been using big products for over 40 years

I have a small leak in a freeze plug and apparently a small one in the heater core. This product did not seal either one. General Motors uses ground up walnut shells as a stop leak agent (AC Delco tablets). I am suspicious that BG is using this same product and putting it in solution and marking it way up. I have no proof but the fact that BG's product is "organic" and brown like the tablets pushes me in that direction. All that said, we know that stop leak products are a crap shoot and I got what I was expecting.
