Amazing product, just wish it was in stock more often
I’ve been using Nick’s Use Like Sugar Keto Sweetener (1kg) for a while now, and it’s hands down one of the best sugar substitutes I’ve tried.Taste & PerformanceThe biggest win for me is that you can’t taste the difference in hot drinks—whether it’s coffee or tea, it sweetens just like regular sugar with no weird aftertaste. It also works great for baking and cooking, making it a fantastic 1:1 replacement in most recipes. The blend of xylitol, erythritol, stevia, and polydextrose creates the perfect balance of sweetness without any overpowering flavors.Keto & Low-Carb FriendlyBeing 70% calorie-reduced and low-carb, it fits perfectly into a keto lifestyle or anyone looking to cut down on sugar. Plus, it’s vegan, which is a nice bonus.Availability IssueThe only downside is that it’s not always in stock, so I often have to wait between purchases. I’d highly recommend buying multiple packs when you can to avoid running out.Final ThoughtsIf you’re looking for a sugar substitute that actually tastes like sugar, this is a fantastic option. It works seamlessly in drinks and recipes, making the switch effortless. Just make sure to stock up when you find it available!

A little goes a long way!
Ive tried many of the alternatives to sugar, but this one , although not perfect, ticks most of the boxes for me. It's very sweet and a little goes a long way. It doesn't have so much of that horrible aftertaste that most sweeteners of this variety normally possess which is very desirable as personally, I use this predominantly in hot drinks. The ' icing ' on the cake is the price- compared to most others, this is very reasonably priced. All in all, a win-win product! :-)

So Far So Good
So far I am very impressed with this product. I am a T2 diabetic controlling the condition eating a very low carb Keto diet and taking Metformin. When I have used other alternative sweetners to try and make a cake the results have usually been disappointing mainly because the cakes dry out after baking and when you eat it you get a cooling sensation. I was excited to try this product because I use Nick's hot chocolate mix and their Kexbars which are delicious for a special treat - neither of which give me any problems with blood sugar spikes. I have just made a low carb no sugar marble loaf cake using this product and the cake looks great. It was made using ground almonds and I was excited to see that the cake has not dried out as it normally would if I had used another sweetner or sweetner mix (i.e Stevia or Erythritol) It is still springy and smells lovely. The cake cooked just like normal sugar, did not take any longer to cook and there was still a good rise - plus it did not over brown on the top which can happen. The cake cuts lovely and is not as crumbly as it normally would be due to using ground almonds. I think it tastes great - just like a cake made with sugar. I used the same amount of Nick's sugar as I would another sweetner/sugar. The product looks like normal sugar and when I tasted it on its own I did not think it was over sweet. It blended well when I beat it in with the other ingredients so no problems there either. I have tested my blood sugar after eating a moderate slice and there really was no major spike. As mentioned before this was a low carb no sugar cake which was made with ground almonds not wheat flour so the sugar impact will be minimal due to the fibre and higher fat content provided by the almonds. If you have a craving for the odd slice of cake and want to give normal sugar a miss then give this a go - I will definitely be buying this product again.

Tasty, but it cakes!
I bought this because it had a relatively benign combination of sweeteners. Unfortunately it is also very hygroscopic and readily absorbs moisture from the air, forming a hard crust on the surface of the sugar bowl. It would probably be fine for baking if kept in an airtight container.

Excellent, cooks like sugar, tastes like sugar
I use this all the time now. I am always trying to bake healthily and if I can replace sugar like for like, yes I will! I have used this in biscuits, cookies (mixed with soft brown sugar which you need for doughy cookies), cakes, bread, you name it, I've used it for it! If anything, it's slightly less sweet than sugar. I've even been mixing it with sugar for my husband who has sugar in tea and coffee, at a ratio of 2:1 (2 Nicks, 1 sugar) and he's not even noticed, and trust me if anyone would notice sweetener in his coffee, it's my husband! I've been doing this for more than a year now and no one noticed, so the taste must be pretty good. In cakes and baking, I don't think you'd notice it, the only things you can substitute it for completely are cookies, which should be crispy on the edges and doughy inside and it makes them crispier, but that's good if you like a crispy cookie. Well done Nicks for creating a range like this that's so good

Have used in many recipes as a sugar replacement. You would never know its not sugar. No false or aftertaste. Great product.
